About This Training

The AHORA Framework turns conflict from something teams avoid into something they can navigate. Across a single session of teaching and live scenario practice, staff learned a clear, repeatable path through hard conversations, grounded in acknowledging impact, holding accountability, and moving toward repair. The result is a shared language that makes difficult moments manageable.

What Participants Learned

  • Begin with care. How to open a hard conversation without defensiveness or blame.
  • Name the impact. Speaking as the impacted person with clarity instead of avoidance.
  • Repair the relationship. A path back when they have caused impact, not just identified it.
  • Act within 48 hours. A clear time frame that keeps conflict from turning into resentment.
  • Practice in real scenarios. Live, guided practice that builds confidence before it is needed.
